Refund Policy

You have 7 days from the time you receive your item to request a return under our 7-day return policy. Your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact in order to be eligible for a return. Proof of purchase such as your order confirmation or invoice is also required.

You can get in touch with us at support@feyes.shop to begin a return. In the event that your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. We won't accept items that are sent back to us without first requesting a return. All inquiries regarding returns can be sent to us at support@feyes.shop.

Return

Return Due To Change Of Mind

FEYES will gladly accept returns due to change of mind as long as the request is made within 7 days of the item's delivery and the returned item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

The cost of return shipment will be borne by the customer, who will be asked to make their own shipping arrangements. If the return is received and accepted, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. We will send you a confirmation email once this is completed.

FEYES will reimburse the cost of the returned items but NOT the cost of any shipping charges.

What is the Return Address?

Please contact us at support@feyes.shop to confirm the return address before sending your item back. After the return is approved, we will email you the return address.

What's the Return Process?

  1. Email support@feyes.shop within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.
  2. After communication, we will confirm the return and provide you with instructions.
  3. Pack the product carefully in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  4. Ship the package to the provided return address.
  5. After the return package is delivered to our warehouse, we will inspect the package and process the refund.
  6. After the refund is processed, it will be returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is broken, damaged, or defective so we can look into it and make it right. For damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately at support@feyes.shop with photos of the damaged item. We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

Returning the item you currently have and then placing a new order for the desired item after the return has been approved is the quickest way to ensure that you get what you want.

Refunds

Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If accepted, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered after delivery
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Items without original tags or packaging

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us immediately at support@feyes.shop to request a cancellation.

Why Have I Still Not Received My Refund?

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  1. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive your return.
  2. After 10 business days, if you still have not received your refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@feyes.shop.
